I have 2 days left for renewal and I decided that I wanted to renew my Norton Antivirus, I followed the info linked to the Norton website and completed the payment via entering the details and checking out.
However, after checking out I had to select a second country or method of payment, because of this it looked like I did not finish the payment after all and I decided to refresh and start over.
After trying a second time, it still told me to select a different method of payment or country and since I did not have another method and I don't live anywhere else I decided to close and try again tomorrow.
The next day, I check my email to have a message from Norton thanking me for purchasing Norton internet security as I did renew or even purchase a new product yet when i check my Norton account's order history it is unchanged.
Is there any way of cancelling this recent "order" and if so how?
