I have just upgraded my Norton Security 5 device product with Norton Security with Backup 10 device product. Norton shows I have a year's subscription. However the annoying issue is I keep getting emails stating my Norton Security has expired.
Suggestion The Norton reminder process should check if associated products were installed.
