If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them: I cancelled the renewal well in advance then Norton took £125 for renewal and have failed to repay me. It seems they are holding my money to earn interest and may(!) repay me after renewal date, than will say ‘Welcome to the fold’ and refuse to repay me. Is this legal? My emails have been ignored and there is no telephone number for me to ring.
Surely Norton is not exercising a sharp[ practice?
