I have Norton 360 and Norton Family running on my daughter's iphone. After I renewed my subscription a couple of weeks back, each morning after her blocked hours all her apps are reordered alphabetically. They are still there just, and this is painful to a 13 year old, not where they should be!
Anyone had a similar problem and a fix?

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family forum.
App icons will be rearranged and placed in alphabetical order after a curfew ends. Apps organised inside folder will also be placed outside the folder after apps are visible.
This is as per Apple’s design and a platform limitation of iOS. Please refer to this page for more details.
