Norton reporting threat oga_v1.7.110.0.exe

Norton reported a threat 'risks in compressed file "oga_v1.7.110.0.exe" Remove Failed....'

I cannot find this file and Norton cannot remove it.  The Norton box with this threat repeated returns once closed. 

Any ideas?
