Norton Request for Feedback keeps me from seeing solution

Hi! I've encountered this a few times, and it's getting annoying.  Please fix.

When I search for a solution to any Norton problem, I get this popup.
"Did we answer your question or resolve your issue?"

It would be great if that were to pop up after I've had a chance to read the solution and try it.   But the way it is implemented, I can' do anything until I've answered that question.  And how would I know whether it helped or not?  I just got to the page and there is the popup keeping me from doing anything else.  So I just answer "no", and that question is useless.  Please remove or fix it.

When I see this pop up, I have been able to just close the window.
