NORTON RIPOFF!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF NORTON FOR MANY YEARS. I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION AT THE END OF AUGUST. IN APRIL 2015 NORTON STARTED SENDING ME MESSAGES THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WOULD EXPIRE IN MAY. I AM DISABLED WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ( M.S. ) AND BECAUSE MY SPEECH IS AFFECTED, COULD NOT CONTACT NORTON ON THE PHONE. I SENT A NUMBER OF MESSAGES BOTH THROUGH THE NORTON WEBSITE & BY EMAIL. I GOT NO RESPONSE. IN MAY 2015, NORTON CANCELLED MY SUBSCIPTION AND LEFT ME WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION. 

I AS FORCED TO MAKE A 50 MILE ROUND TRIP TO OBTAIN ANOTHER COPY OF NORTON INTERNET SECURITY. THIS WAS INSTALLED & THEN IN AUGUST 2015, THE SAME THING HAPPENED & I ONCE AGAIN HAD TO BUY A NEW SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE NOW STARTED TO GET THE MESSAGES SAYING THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WILL EXPIRE IN MAY THIS YEAR. I HAVE A COPY OF THE BILL DATED AUGUST 2015 FROM PC WORLD WHERE I BOUGHT THE NORTON PRODUCT SO THERE IS NO WAY IT SHOULD RUN OUT 9 MONTHS LATER. I CAN'T PHONE NORTON BECAUSE OF MY SPEECH PROBLEM  SO I'VE TRIED SENDING MESSAGES BUT ONCE AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. 

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? PLEASE EXCUSE ANY TYPING MISTAKES, MY HANDS ARE AFFECTED BY THE M.S.
