Norton Safe Email not keeping my emails safe

Issue abstract: Norton Safe Email not doing its job.

Detailed description: I purchased a subscription to Norton Safe Email for 3 email addresses. Two of them seem to be working as I get the green “Norton Safe” tag next to the email. But my main email address (bigpond) doesn’t seem to be working. I purchased Norton Safe Email due to a couple of data breaches where my email address was compromised. Since then, I have noticed a big increase in spam emails, previously I very rarely received a spam email. I now have 8 emails which are clearly spam in my Inbox that were not blocked by Norton Safe Email, received between 10/06/25 and 16/07/25. I don’t have the green ‘Norton Safe’ tag against any of my bigpond emails, I aslo don’t have a Norton: Suspicious or Norton: Spam folder in my bigpond as I do in the other two emails.
