Après vérification, il semble effectivement que le problème soit lié à l’extension Norton Safe Web / Norton Safe Search. Les évaluations de sécurité (pastilles vertes) ne s’affichent que si l’extension est correctement installée et activée dans le navigateur.

J’ai suivi les étapes recommandées :

  • VĂ©rification de la prĂ©sence et de l’activation de l’extension dans le navigateur

  • RĂ©installation complète de l’extension

  • RedĂ©marrage du navigateur

  • DĂ©sactivation temporaire des autres extensions susceptibles d’entrer en conflit

  • Suppression du cache et des cookies

  • VĂ©rification que mon produit Norton (Ă  jour via LiveUpdate) fonctionne correctement

Malgré cela, les indicateurs verts ne s’affichent toujours pas dans les résultats de recherche.
