I've been researching this for weeks, and finally discovered that the Norton Safe Search icons are missing from Yahoo search results, ONLY when I am signed in to my Yahoo account. If I sign out of my Yahoo account, and then perform a search on Yahoo, the icons return. I've seen the problem reported on several threads in this forum, and on other forums, related to Google, Bing, and Yahoo, but I haven't seen a solution from any of them.
I'm betting it's the same problem with all of these search engines - if you're logged into your account for that search engine, then Norton Safe Search doesn't work. I haven't yet seen anyone report it this way, so I'm hoping others can confirm or refute that you're seeing the same thing. To test this, do the following:
If the Safe Search icons have disappeared, log out of your search engine account, and try the search again.
Did the icons appear?
If yes, log back in and try the search again.
Did the icons disappear?
