Norton Safe Toolbar language appears in English and not in local language

I have installed the Greek version of NAV 2013 on a number of systems. In all cases, the operating system is also Greek (XP, Vista, 7).

 

However, on some systems the norton safe toolbar is displayd in English, whereas on other systems it is displayed in Greek. How can I have it setup so it is always Greek and why does this random language selection happen?

 

Are there other, non-English-speaking users encountering the same issue?
