Norton Safe Web Email Address

When I log into Norton Safe Web, where I can view all the sites I have submitted, I still see my old email address as who I am logged in as, even though I am using my new email address.

I have looked on the site and there is no where that I can see that I change this.  There are some changes that are required to be carried out in my Norton Account, but this says I have the latest email address.

The main worry is that I have not received an email today, even though I have set up a new website on my account.  How do I go about getting someone to check the settings on my account?

Thanks in advance,

Terry

I have submitted the site and verified that I own it, although using only the meta tags route did not work, for which I raised an issue, but, if the wrong email address is on my account, I won't get any replies if there is an issue, which goes for the other sites too.

The site that is being verified is www.addvite.co.uk, so if someone could check on my account details, it would be appreciated.

Hello There,

I still haven't heard anything.  Could you chase up please about my email address?

Thanks in advance,

Terry

Hello Terry

I just  read this on the safeweb site.

Signing up for an account is easy—you just need to pick a user name and a password, and enter your email address. We won't be sharing your email address with anyone, and we send very few emails. Sign up for Norton Safe Web Account to get started! If you are already a Norton user and have a valid Norton Account, it will work here too, so you don't have to create another account!

According to this, if you have changed your email address in your Norton Account, then it should have also been changed in your safe web account.

To verify this, I would suggest that you call up customer support via the free chat program and see what they say.
