In Norton Safe Web it seems that is considering domains domains registered under gob.ec as subdomains of gob.ec and not as third level domains , thus not differentiating that are different domains from different institutions . In other words , Ecuadorian Government Agencies and Institutions register their domains under "gov.ec" and since July 2010 , under "gob.ec" , whereas GOB is for Gobierno .
