Norton Safe Web hasn't tested my client's site

Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm a web designer, working with a client to get his sites approved by Norton Safe Web.

 

On May 27th, I added two sites to my client's Norton Safe Web account, which is tied to *his* email address - info (@) 24hourvegashoteldoctor.com.  The two sites are www.vegashotelconciergedoctors.com and www.vegasoncallurgentcaredoctors.com.

 

I was able to verify ownership of the two sites using the file upload method.  They were listed as "ownership verified" in the Status column of the Site Dispute tab.  (I can send a screenshot if needed.)

 

I then submitted the two sites for evaluation.  The "on-call" site was approved very quickly - probably about a day or so - but the "hotel concierge" site wasn't.

 

On Friday, June 10th - 10 business days later - it still hadn't been tested, and was still showing with a grey question mark icon.  I thought that maybe I had done something wrong, so I deleted the site from the profile and re-verified ownership, then re-submitted the site.  It's now listed as "ownership verified" again.

 

My client met with me today, and he is very angry that this site issue has not been resolved.  Is there a way to manually process this site?  It's literally a one-page site, so I don't know what has caused this issue.
