I am having real problems contacting Norton regarding Safe Web, i recently changed my Online store URL and resubmitted to Safe Web for re-scan & verification on May 5th, this was supposed to take only 2 weeks but scan has still not taken place and Norton have not replied to e-mail requesting help, I have Norton 360 on all my PC's but am frustrated at Norton's lack of help with this Safe Web issue whihc is costing me traffic!

 

The Safe Web site says approx 2 weeks to scan after verification but there is nowhere to contact support as this has not been done

 

If anyone from Norton reads this Please Please Help!!!

When you changed the URL, did you apply for an receive a new verification code?

 

If so, was ownership verified?

 

Please provide us with the new URL in your next post.

Ownership was verifed on May 6th of this year

 

The url for review is http://www.allthingsfineonline.net 

 

i also own http://allthingsfineonline.com which points to the .net url plus the previous url which was http://store.yahoo.com/allthingsfineonline.com also still points to our online store, the reason for the url change was 2-fold, 1. A change to a different platform and 2. A simpler url was desired.

I have the same problem with the safeweb. I joined on 5-30-11 and my site has still not been rated and it is costing me in a big way. Plus when I search for my site it it the only gray one. What can I do as I can not find a way to contact Norton.
