I am having real problems contacting Norton regarding Safe Web, i recently changed my Online store URL and resubmitted to Safe Web for re-scan & verification on May 5th, this was supposed to take only 2 weeks but scan has still not taken place and Norton have not replied to e-mail requesting help, I have Norton 360 on all my PC's but am frustrated at Norton's lack of help with this Safe Web issue whihc is costing me traffic!
The Safe Web site says approx 2 weeks to scan after verification but there is nowhere to contact support as this has not been done
If anyone from Norton reads this Please Please Help!!!
I have the same problem with the safeweb. I joined on 5-30-11 and my site has still not been rated and it is costing me in a big way. Plus when I search for my site it it the only gray one. What can I do as I can not find a way to contact Norton.
