Norton Safe Web not indicating which websites are safe any more in Google Chrome

Norton Safe Web has stopped indicating which websites are safe any more in Google Chrome on Windows 10, even though I haven’t changed anything - and NOTHING I do makes any difference. Any idea what might be happening ?
