Hi, I have a web shop www.ragtagtiger.co.uk that I verified ownership of using Norton Safe Web last year. However, the listing in Norton Safe Web still shows the site as untested, as do serach engine search results (shows the dark gray question mark icon). I have emailed Safe Web support several times, but have never received a reply. Please can someone help, as I'm sure that this is affecting our sales.
