Norton Safe Web Plus Update on iMac not working

Hello...

I can see on my iMAC AppStore that there is a update for Norton Safe Web Plus.
Pressing "Aktualisieren" (Update) leads to the symbol for downloading.
Short before 100% this symbol closes and the button "Aktualisieren" is shown again and no update is done.
I am workin with a normal user ( no admin rights).
The update information I can see is shown in the attachment.
Pressing "More" I get :
-Defect fixes
Version 1.1.175 - 84,5 MB

Hello JBMac. Login on the computer with admin rights. Retry setup.
