Norton Safe Web - Rate my site - not rated after 5 weeks!

Hello all,

I registered and verified my site, then submitted it for rating on August 20th. 5 weeks have passed, and I still haven't heard anything, just want to get a nice green tick next to my website rather than the horrible grey question mark it currently has.

Any help would be much appreciated.
