I have read the instructions for submitting a site to Norton Safe Web here: http://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners, but my account does not display the links that this tutorial describes.
There are no links, so I'm never sure I'm going to the correct place... The instructions say, "Signup for an account with Norton Safe Web if you haven't already done so." Where to I do that? I assume it's here: http://safeweb.norton.com/login, but when I log in there using my already existing Norton account, does that sign me into safeweb?
The next part says, "Then sign in to your account and go to "my profile". Choose the "site dispute" tab and use the "Add site" link to submit your site name." When I log in and go to "my profile", there is no site dispute tab.
We have more than one website. All of ours have the green "OK" button beside them, but I'm trying to take the additional steps to get the "Norton Secured" logo. I assume this is the next step, right?
