I tried many times to get my site verified, but the verification always failed.
My site is: http://www.studioingegneriamarchesi.it
I choosed the "file method" and so:
1) I got the file for verification downloading it from the Norton Web safe site, in my profile/site dispute page
2) I put the file in the root directory of my site as explained in the mail that I received
3) The suggested check about file placement (as wrote in the received email) was ok, the file is readable at the correct URL...
4) ...but the verification by Norton was NOT ok...
why? Could you help me?
