I'm attempting to verify ownership of www.securedtraveler.com for Norton Safe Web. I have tried both methods--adding the Norton verification meta tag to the <head> section of the site and uploading the verification file to my server--but still get the message "Web site ownership verification failed" when I attempt to verify. Is it possible to request manual verification of this site?

When I check the link you provided, the address resolves to an HTTPS protocol. Is that correct?
If so, this will require manual verification from Safe Web.
The Safe Web meta tag appears to be properly formatted and placed on your home page.
