Norton Safe Web - Unable to Verify Site Ownership

Hi,

 

I've been unable to verify ownership of my website www.onlineposterprinting.co.uk.

 

I've put the verification file in my root folder, and added the string to my metadata keywords, but the verification still failed.

 

Any help in getting this resolved manually would be really appreciated.
