I am trying to verify my site ownership through Norton Safe Web so I can submit my site to be re-evaluated as it has been falsely flagged.
I clicked to verify my site
I followed the instructions to verify my site by putting the meta tag I was given into the head section of my site.
I hit verify.
It won't verify.
I checked that the code was in the proper place, I had others check that the code was in the proper place, I cleared my cache, I cleared my site's cache, I hit verify again.
It still won't verify.
I need my site ownership verified so I can resolve this issue so that Norton users will no longer be told that my site is not safe. I have been told by Norton that the only way to get this issue resolved is to post in this forum, so that is what I am doing.
