Has anyone had a problem with getting a simple .com website verified for review on Norton Safe Web? The process is just a basic verification. After a twenty minute wait, Sybil from customer support emailed us a form which we detailed the problem and sent back.The response we received was that our site is not a security threat?? OK... now again; how do we get verified if we uploaded and validated all the meta tags and html files that was associated with the verification properly?
