I would like to verify my site for Safe Web but i use YOLA sitebuilder and i am unable to access the root directory. With the meta tag method i can add the code into the meta description (which i have done) but can't change the meta name. The meta name where i have added the code is 'keywords'. Sorry this is best i can do with the choices available.
