I see that there have been questions about this before so I apologize for asking again.
I get regular email warnings that say either (for a certain user) that "Norton Safety Minder is not running [Family PC]" or "Norton Safety Minder has been disconnected. Monitoring unavailable [Family PC]".
Looking at previous answers, I have double checked the user set up and the children are set up as "standard users" - I can't see any other security/access options (Windows 7).
I don't believe that they know my password.
Anything else I can check?
What exactly do these messages mean (the alerts screen gives no further information)?

What does that mean: "Please check to see if the IE or Firefox plugin was disabled by going to the tools/manage add ons menu for IE and tools/add ons menu for Firefox."?
Is there a plug-in that must be disbled? If so, which one? What if my kids use Chrome or Safari?
