I was setting up this service and discovered that Safety minder client can only see as users accounts that are member of built-in groups of administrators and users.
If I leave my child to be a member of power users, his account becomes invisible for this service.
Keeping him as just an XP user makes some online games not working.
Adding him to Users group resolves the issue, but in some cases he can remove this membership and make monitoring disabled.
