I am using Windows XP.  I went to add/remove programs.  Norton Safety Minder was not listed as an installed program, even though Norton PC Checkup was listed as an installed program but it was not broken down into individual parts.

If you are trying to install Norton Safety Minder, please click on the Download link on the upper right hand corner of the page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs to download and install the program.
