I have 3 separate accounts on my notebook with Norton Safety Minder installed. Two of those accounts are ADMIN accounts and they are not monitored; the 3rd account (STD) belongs to my child and it is monitored. I have questions:
1. Why is Norton Safety Minder running on the two ADMIN accounts that aren't monitored? Also, it loads up in IE9 (needlessly ?) as an Add-in for those two accounts.
2. Can Safety Minder be disabled in IE9 for ADMIN accounts it does not monitor?
3. Can Safety Minder be disabled and prevented from starting up in Windows 7 for the two ADMIN accounts. If so, how?
4. Would disabling Safety Minder for the two ADMIN accounts impact its effect and reliability for monitoring the STD account?
