Oh…you’ve already investigated to no avail…
I’ve made submissions which hopefully will call attention. Norton in my experience is either good at resolving false positives or stubborn bad at resolving false positives. Community used to have Norton staffer contacts. Since, new Community platform. My pings are unanswered. Sorry…
I’ll check back over the next 48 business hours…
Hello @bjm,
This should be fixed in a few hours for all: the Norton app, browser extension, and tag when searching.
I’ll be glad to hear the status from you.
Thank you.
fwiw ~ from Chrome (Standard protection & 3rd party cookies allowed) & Norton 360 Safe Web…as test https://tagapple.com is not reachable. https://app.tagapple.com is not reachable
Thank you for testing and posting the details @bjm!
I can’t reach https://tagapple.com either - no matter platform/browser/Norton installed or not installed, so this will be upon the site owners.
Hello again @MJay
my point being:
I cannot reach https://app.tagapple.com/login with Norton 360 Safe Web enabled.
Norton 360 Safe Web may be chewing on the domain address resulting in app.tagapple.com taking too long to respond.
At least…that what app.tagapple.com feels like on my side.
I need to disable Norton 360 Safe Web to reach app.tagapple.com.
Facing the same problem for my website even though I have a clear report at https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/www.redscope.ai
I have a strong feeling this has something to do with webflow CDN IP or their website template.
Can you help us reclassify?
Note: after submitting dispute and waiting 48 business hours with no change. Please contact Norton support and advise support that you’ve submitted dispute and waited 48 business hours. My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.
