Norton Safeweb has flagged our client's site as Phishing

Hello,

Norton Safeweb has flagged our client’s website as Phishing. I have submitted multiple disputes, as well as our client along with their customers to no avail.

On Oct 21 we received a reply to a dispute but it says that the “category remains the same”. To see the full re-evaluation report, please h[xx]ps://safeweb.norton.com/report?url=belgianalliancecu.mb.ca/OnlineBanking which is showing safe.

The dispute is for www.belgianalliancecu.mb.ca/OnlineBanking/Accounts

We resubmitted a report since then but have had no response. This is a legitimate website used for online banking activities. The URL in question is where users log in. Can someone please help as this is impacting their business now for several weeks.

Please contact Norton support and advise support that you’ve submitted dispute and waited 48 business hours. My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.
