So here is a question, that seems to have no answer other than someone from norton actually fixing it...
on 04 April 2013 I registered my site www.hartert-russell-home.com (ecommerce) and put the html file at the root directory. The file is there, one can navigate to the page. Per the online directions this process can take up to 8 weeks.
The 8 week milestone passed 3 weeks ago and still we have neither validation of ownership or approval. What is going on? How do we escalate and fix this?
