I'm experiencing a similar problem as lots of other posters on this forum.
I can't verify ownership of my website to get the site reevaluated via Norton's Safe Web. I've tried both the meta tag and the html file for owner verification and both fail. I've reached out to Norton Support via phone and chat and I've been told repeatedly that someone from the SafeWeb Team will give me a call back in 24-48 hours. However, I've never received a call back. Is the SafeWeb Team no longer around?
Any help getting the website verified and re-evaluated would be most appreciated.
