I have tried over and over to get SafeWeb to verify my site (www.volware.com). I have tried adding the meta tag, I have tried adding the downloaded verification file, and I have tried both (which is where I left it on my site...both). But every time I try, SafeWeb keeps telling me it can't verify and to either post the download file or add a meta tag. Very frustrating because obviously I have tried both over and over. Is there any way I can fix this?

it seems that your website is not registered and authenticated with the Norton Safeweb database. You need to submit your website address to Norton Safeweb community, so that they can run a check and have your website authenticated to be a safe website. to do that you just need have a norton account created - from the website "www.mynortonaccount.com" and further you can go to the url "http://safeweb.norton.com/" and login with norton account credentials and submit your website for verification. once the entire process is completed, you would receive a notification email about the successful site verification. and in case if the first attempt fails, try it one more time.
