I have Norton Save and Restore 2.0, bought November 2009. Worked OK so far. Now it`s stalling when Calculating Status. The advancing blue blobs stop just one blob-space short of the end of the slot. The icon in the Notification Area shows a little clock-face and the message "Creating Recovery Point - 94%" and that picture and message is always there when the machine`s switched on.
Shame that Norton doesn`t offer direct help. Or am I missing something ?
