I bought Norton S&R version to allow me to keep a full system backup of my children's laptops. (I can't install it on my Dell becuase it blue screens ervy time I try to use it.)
Both children have now upgraded to windows 7 (one becuase he wanted to; the other becuase the laptop broke and she had to get a new one.)
I now find I cannot access any of the data from the previous "full backups" . Does anyone have any way round this? I saw a thread frommonths ago, that seemed to come to the same conclusion.
