Yeohhh! I'm getting email in Outlook 2013 once in a bit and it will say in brackets "Norton Antispam." But this mail is not spam. So when I right click on that piece of mail, I see amongst other things "Junk" but it is grayed out. Why is that? Also, I'm going to try this and tell me if I'm taking the right course. I will right click on "Junk E-mail options" and then "Safe Senders" and add the address of this Sender (or Sendee if it's female) and apply that.
Am I close to being correct or am I going to cause something to make this computer burst into flames?
