Computer upgraded (Motherboard/Quad 4 Processor) for HD Video, Norton says no more changes allowed, must be renewed. Same computer, I had repairs/upgrades and have months left on my subscription, their computerized support does not help, cannot find how to reach a live voice to fix the problem.
