My Norton Internet Security is supposedly expired. But when I log into my Norton Account I have 3 licenses that are good until Feb. 2012. I tried uninstalling Norton and re-installing one of the good licenses but it defaulted back to being expired. All I want to do is use an existing paid up license.
I am horrifed at the cost of a renewal and have no intention of spending $80 when I don't need to. IF Norton still offeres any kind of live support I can't find it. An email contact would be enough but can't even seem to find that. For what they are charging I shouldn't have to mess around for an hour trying to find help.
I'm sorry to bring this here but Norton hasn't offered me any other options.

Hello gdewey4497 and welcome to the Community. Don't tell Norton's
but you really don't have to renew from them. Watch your local paper for store ads and even some on-line ads, for sales. In the U.S., you can sometimes find the 3 license box for $5.00 USD or less, after rebate. All you need is that valid Product Key, go through a short renew process, and you are good for another year.
