Norton says upto date but in account info states an issue found

I have had problems with Norton loading when opening my iMac. I have to run an update.

In my devices section of my account is states there is an issue but who I click on fix it doesn't work.

Apologies for the inconvenience.I'm really sorry that your Norton experience was not what you expected.  Please follow the following steps as a workaround for now.
1. Reboot/ Restart your computer.
2. Open https://my.norton.com in a browser ( Safari, Chrome, Firefox )
3. Select "Sign In" button and then login to your Norton account.
4. Select Manage your devices option
5. Select Fix now button on devices page.

We will be fixing this issue in our product in the next upcoming release.

As a workaround, request you to please try rebooting you device, and then select the "Fix Now" present on your management page on the portal page ( devices section ).

same issue.  tried the fix presented in support.  reinstalled.  twice.  no luck.
