Note: I got a screen sharing with a Norton tech a while back, and now every time I startup my computer that screen sharing
box keeps popping up and says connecting, I can click it off but it keeps showing up every time I startup my computer. Norton has already tried to resolve it to no avail.

What is the error message you are seeing? A screen sharing box that keeps popping up!
If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
Open Windows Task Manager and click on the Startup icon on the left. Then click on the Status column to list the Enabled apps. Look for something you do not recognise, or that looks like a remote access app. Note the name, and then click on that entry and click Disable at the top of the Task Manager window. Restart the computer and see if that stops the screen sharing box still pops up. If not, that is the program you need to remove. See if you can find it in Windows Settings > Apps and uninstall it. Then restart your computer again and test.
@peterweb Would that app be LogMeIn or something similar?
SA
Yes. I have only had one Norton remote session many years ago. So I don’t remember what app they were using.
