I woke up this morning and checked my emails before leaving work. I ran liveupdate which worked fine. All of a sudden "Secure" changed to "at risk." I clicked on the button to fix and it mentioned SONAR protection...it was in the process of fixing but failed.
I did a reboot and then it went away.
I then went into Norton Insight and noticed all the files are gone except for one and when I clicked on refresh there was no change and the % scanned still said 100%. I ran a full scan no issues other than tracking cookies-also ran Malware bytes as well.
I have had Norton running for awhile now-I upgrade from using NIS2009-I did not remove it.
As it was 5:00am I did not have time to speak to tech support. Still at work but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to do.
I've sent two PM's to two Symantec employees but have not received a response.
I'll check back in after 5pm when I am home from work.
