Norton Secure VPN blocks internet connection after 20-30 minutes of usage

Just purchased a couple of days ago, installs and starts with no issues, but 20-30 minutes into use my connection gets blocked. Everything stops loading, downloading, etc. The moment I shut off the VPN everything starts right back up without me taking any other action. Turn the VPN back on, it connects and works fine, 20-30 minutes later my connection is blocked again.
Help!!

Norton VPN, Windows 7, no error message, home network (hardwired).

So I gather there is no longer any support available for Norton's products? My posting got ignored, there's no email to contact them, and no one answers the chat function.

The forum is 'staffed' by volunteers who volunteer out time to try to help. We do not always have the answers. This issue with the VPN cutting out has been reported many times here. So far, no one has seemed to be able to figure it out.

As for the chat function, eventually you should get connected. Wait times can vary by time of day.

Norton has not used email for support for a number of years now.

Really a waste of money to buy something with no support, I will be cancelling. Shame really, I remember back when Norton/Symantec were the best products you could buy, obviously that has changed.
