Norton Securithy Blocks access to the Internet for Chrome, & Microsoft Word apps when in my Guest Account

Apparently during installation Internet Security makes some default firewall settings that allow some of my applications to access the Internet when in my Window 7 Guest account. Then there are other apps (like Chrome for example) that are blocked from Internet access when using my Guest account. When logged into my Windows 7 Administrator account, I go to Norton Internet Security's SECURITY|SETTINGS|FIREWALL and manually browse to the path for the Chrome executable and select the setting to prevent blocking Chrome's access to the Internet.  However, when I log  into  my Guest account, Chrome is blocked from accessing the Internet by the Internet Security's firewall. Since I only use my Administrator account to access the Internet when performing Windows 7, Flash, Java & miscellaneous app updates, and always use my Guest account for general Internet access, this is frustrating.  The Norton Internet Security manual only appears to address top level firewall setting topics with no info on resolving this type issue.  Today, I just discovered that Microsoft Office is blocked from accessing the Internet (apparently for Online Help access) when using my Guest account. Maybe I am not setting up the Firewall blocking rule correctly when attempting to allow an app to access the Internet?
