My NS Liveupdate won't update on my Windows 10 PC. Notifications keep popping up that there's an urgent problem that needs fixing. When I click Fix Now it Fails or Crashes. So I ran the diagnostic autofix which also fails and diverts me to the support website. Identity and Performance are still green, they seem to work but my security is red and I can't run scans.
I've restarted and rebooted several times, but it still won't update or fix the update.
