Norton Security 22.7.0.76 Full Scan Uses Almost 100% CPU

I have Norton Security 22.7.0.76 Fully Patched & Windows 10 Home Fully Patched

I have run Live Update several times until there are not any updates to download. I have restarted my computer several times to let any patches or any other updates to be applied.

I have reviewed the Norton 22.7 Hot Issues & Fixes Thread saying that this bug has been fixed, however it has not really been fixed. At least not in my case.

The full scan does finish ok and I am not having any other issues with Norton Security at this time.

I scan my computer several times a week with Norton Security & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free (No Real-Time Monitoring). Nothing ever shows up and I am very cautious and protective of my computer on the internet. I know I do not have any kind of Virus, Malware, or any other issues with my computer. So I believe this is still a Norton Issue that has not been fixed.

Can someone from Norton/Symantec please help me and confirm this is still being worked on. I love you products and have used them for years. I am willing to be of any service I can to help fix this bug.
