This is a heads for those that have chosen to disable the deepfake scanning protection that was recently added to Norton Security. I disabled it at the beginning of June to fix an issue with high GPU usage by NS. After NS updated to version 26.8.11125 earlier today, deepfake scanning protection was enabled again. So if you disabled it previously for whatever reason, check to make sure that it hasn’t been turned back on by Norton.
