Norton Security 7.10 for Mac is now available!

Updated on 13th AprilNorton Security 7.10.4 has been released for Mac customers. 

This build contains the below changes:

Note: With this update, we will no longer be offering installers for older operating systems OSX 10.7.5 64-bit to 10.9.x.]


Updated on 18th October: Norton for Mac 7.10.1b has been released for customers using version 7.x.

This update will particularly impact users who are on version 7.x and upgraded their device OS to macOS Catalina 10.15, which will guide them to to version 8.5 via In Product Upgrade Agent (7.x -> 8.x) & LiveUpdate (8.4.2/8.4.3 -> 8.5).

Note:

  • Reboot may be required
  • There will be no version change in About Norton UI 

Updated on 24th July, 2019: Norton Security for Mac 7.10.1 build 50 is now available for all supported languages.

Changes in this build include:

  • Bug fixes and performance improvements

Note: The patch is available via LiveUpdate only. And reboot is required.


Updated on 15 May, 2019: Norton for Mac 7.10.0b has been released.

This build contains:

  • Support for macOS 10.14.5 changes
  • Minor bug fixes and performance enhancements

Note: This release will not cause the version number to change.




We have released Norton Security 7.10 update for Mac through LiveUpdate ONLY. To download this update, simply run LiveUpdate.

Note:

1. This build corrects a LiveUpdate issue that was found in the previous build, which was released earlier this week.
2. A system reboot is required to apply update.
