Previously I ran Norton 360 with AntiSpam COM add-in for Outlook 2010 on Win7. I disabled the Junk EM Folder in Outlook and ran Spam Reader to collect spam to review later. All was well. Now I am running Win10 with Norton Security and Outlook 2010 with Spam Reader. The add-in sent spam filtered by AntiSpam to the Junk folder despite it being disabled. Adding the senders to the Allowed List did not change anything. Disabling the COM add-in fixed the problem. However I would like to have the protection of AntiSpam. How do I fix this?
